Creating a beautiful-looking piece of furniture takes the eye of an artist. Our master craftsmen can envision the piece before the first glue joint. We prioritize creating the most appealing furniture that will draw your eyes to the piece, making it hard to keep your hands off it. 

Each individual piece of rustic wood has grain patterns that are completely unique. Non painted lumber, will have some variation of grain and rustic lumber will have variance on the location of knots. This individuality makes every piece, uniquely yours.  

The grain orientation of each piece is handled with special care to provide a natural transition of wood color and grain pattern throughout our product.  Each species of wood, has a variance of colors and grain patten that is often overlooked by larger stores who assemble ordered parts. At Saw Creations, every piece is built in house, by our small and tight knit team, with an eye for the small details, who view each piece of furniture, as a work of art. 

Construction

We use solid wood products and proven techniques to build furniture that will stand the test of time. Solid wood products will not delaminate making them unrepairable. Instead, our hardwood products are durable and built to last a lifetime. 

We prioritize construction techniques that elevate the natural beauty of the wood.  We favor mitered corners for our cabinet construction to provide a strong joint, with a sleek and seamless look. 

Hardware

With multiple options for hardware in the industry, soft close under-mount slides and soft close door hinges have become a standard for us. Rest assured that you will not hear those drawers and doors slam anymore. 

Drawers 

Our drawers are built in house, constructed from solid hardwood, with dovetailed joints glued together encasing a dadoed drawer bottom, then finished with a high-quality conversion varnish. 

We believe in a quality finish that will handle the moisture and keep your mind at ease when buying our products. Our conversion varnish finishes will leave a silky smooth finish to make it easy to clean. They also imitate a natural look, like oil finishes, with the added protection. 

We also offer a plant based, hard wax, and VOC free, oil finish that forms a molecular bond with the topmost layer of the wood. It results in a finish that preserves the natural feel of the wood, while providing durability with great wear, water, and heat resistance.

After the completion of your order, a member of our team will call you to confirm the details of your order. We will send you pictures of your order before all products are sent out. We ensure that the product you ordered is to your exact specification before shipping.
